Le nouveau manifeste pour le domaine public

Ce “nouveau” manifeste est une réécriture du Public Domain Manifesto, initialement publié par Communia et traduit par Philippe Aigrain. Il a été révisé lors de l’événement Publishing Sphere 2019 à la lumière des critiques énoncées par Richard Stallman pour justifier son refus d’y adhérer et de le signer. La nouvelle version du texte adopte aussi une rédaction inclusive avec la parité linguistique des termes auteur et autrice — sauf pour le terme « droit d’auteur ».
